Panda Express - Prattville

Martin was incredibly kind! We were on a long road trip, and he was so cheerful and helpful. The food was fresh as well!

We’re not locals, but my mom was craving Panda Express on our way back from vacation. We decided to stop at this location, and I was blown away by the exceptional service. My parents have limited English skills, and a kind and patient young man named Martin helped them out in Spanish, clearly explaining the menu options. He was incredibly sweet and caring. The food was delicious and served hot. I highly recommend this place – 1000/10! While we ate, you could hear the staff laughing and chatting, which created a really pleasant atmosphere.

Fast service and a clean restaurant. Great inspection score as well! For my family, we travel with a dog and a camper. There was parking nearby for the camper and we sat outside with the dog. We will definitely hit up this spot again on our way to and from the beach.

Really enjoyed the food at this location. Sesame Chicken was delicious, very flavorful, tender and hot. Rice was equally tasty, and the steamed veggies that went along with everything was perfect! Servers were fast, courteous and welcoming. Will certainly drop by whenever I'm in Prattville
