I would not recommend this Vietnamese restaurant to anyone. The beef pho, in particular, was extremely salty.

Best Pho Anywhere. They use the best ingredients and authentic recipe and cooking methods to make the best Pho I have had.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! My husband and I have been coming here for around three years. It holds a special place in our hearts since we had our first date here, and the food has always been amazing. We especially enjoy the house signature pho, and the boba smoothies are incredibly delicious! This is definitely our favorite Vietnamese spot.

Sooo, it's usually hard to find vegan options in my area and most are subpar, but today a friend and I tried Le'Taste in Prattville and we both were shocked. The food was GREAT. All ingredients meld together well and we both were appreciative of the waiters knowledge and suggestions. Overall, this restaurant is A+, and we'll be back.

The food was absolutely terrible. The pho and beef stew were excessively salty, and what disappointed me most was the large chunk of pepper that came with the pho. At first, I found it odd, but after tasting it, I realized it was likely meant to mask the overwhelming saltiness. The broth tasted more like saltwater and grease than authentic pho broth. It’s truly frustrating and disrespectful to the cuisine that this place presents such a poor representation, especially considering that the staff and patrons were predominantly Vietnamese—one would expect more authenticity. I will definitely not be returning.
