Trinity Smokehouse Bbq - Pratt

Oh my goodness!! This was our first time to experience Trinity Smokehouse and we weren’t disappointed!! The food was absolutely delicious and the owner was so nice!! We will definitely be back!!

Does a great BBQ place really need atmosphere? The only atmosphere necessary at a great BBQ place is the wonderful smell of bbq’d meats. And Trinity has that.I was just passing through Pratt on my way to the Wichita airport and didn’t have a lot of time. I dropped in and the two owners were hustling up a huge to go order and the nice woman working the counter told me it was just them and it would be sometime before they could seat me. I asked if I could just get two or three ribs to go. She knew I was in a hurry and quickly got an order…literally in 60 seconds. They were so busy, but stopped helped me out. I was able to get some spectacular ribs AND still make my plane.She asked if I wanted sauce and I declined. The ribs were very moist, yet were still fall off the bone tender. That is HARD to do.The outside (bark) looked great and texture was there. They have a very mild flavor. I do wish I had grabbed some sauce, if for no other reason than just trying it out.These ribs are for real, trust me and give them a try.And THANKS for the great service you gave me today! You have earned these 5 stars!!

Great BBQ, food great, service great. The smells of BBQ makes you want more.

The BBQ Mac and cheese is the meal to get. Will fill you up and is great.

Wheelchair accessibility: Great accessibility! Bathroom is perfect! Tables are the right height to get under for wheelchairs.
