Gli Gnudi Osteria Pizzeria - PRATO

This was some of the best food we had in all of Italy! And the service and cleanliness just made it even more enjoyable. We returned several times we enjoyed it so much. They have a passion for food that shows in the quality and flavor. We tried ravioli, Pizza, gnudi, steaks, potato chips, raku and still could not get enough. there were six of us traveling together all with differing flavor profiles and this was the one restaurant we all loved hands down I recommend it without hesitation. Especially if you want a true Italian experience, our server spoke just enough English and was so entertaining!

Dinner was a good experience. The host was friendly and welcoming. Traditional Prato dishes. Tasty. We had a flan with brittle, peposo onion tart and Gnudi. All very good. Also two pizzas, large and fine. Average account. Definitely recommended

Very good pizza and attentive and courteous service, even though it was Saturday and we hadn't booked they accommodated us in record time. I will be back to try other dishes.

Everything really delicious! Top Prato celery! (unfortunately I don't have the photo :O) Really good appetizers, see the dish in the photo of rare beauty and mouth-watering gnudi! (both with ragù and butter and sage) Very friendly, friendly and at the same time professional staff. If you want any explanation about the dish, don't hesitate to ask! (the only piece of advice that perhaps I feel like giving, but which does not affect the 5 star rating, is to improve the ventilation of the place, which being a tavern, suffers a bit) Highly recommended!
