Caffe Pasticceria La Repubblica - PRATO

Staff were friendly and helpful despite not speaking any English. We had the rice balls, an eclair and cannoli. Rice balls had a crunchy texture and were tasty. The desserts were amazing and we will be going back for more before we leave Prato!

We got one “Nutella puff pastry” 1,10 €, one croissant 1,00 € and one cappuccino 1,30 €. There is no bathroom. There are some tables and chairs inside and outside. There is free park. Closed 5 minutes by car from Prato Est highway. Opened every day a lot of hours in the day and all night.

Best Sfogliatine ever! Con Ricotta e Mirtili. That is Ricotta with Blueberries!!!!! Very nice familiar Pasticceria, very good Cappuccino. All the sweets are amazing, done by hand so they are fresh every day. Great waiters. So you cant miss it. Ask the allways smiley Fabio to pour you the best Cappucino. Excellent pastry, a wide range of products to choose from. the many varieties of pastes allow to get all kinds of croissants, with cream, with chocolate, with pistachio etc. there are also vegan and integral croissants, as well as many types of pasta such as canisters, full of various geese, donuts and especially Sicilian cannoli, really excellent. the staff is courteous and fast, they also make a good coffee. Although it is a pastry shop I would like to expand the choice of salts that are very good but have little variety. there are outdoor tables but repaired therefore large even in case of bad weather.

Historical pastry making artisanal just if they were kinder and friendly would be better
