Zag Seafood Wetherill Park

I bought 2 trays of Oysters from this seafood shop. They looked alright behind the window display and staff assured me they were fresh and good quality. They wrapped the oysters in ice and I went straight home (7 minutes away) put them straight in the fridge.Later that day we tried the oysters. The taste was OK but nothing special. We've had MUCH BETTER from other seafood shops in the area.We placed the remaining oysters in the fridge and later that day noticed a bad smell in the fridge. It was from the oysters and we had to throw them out. Not Happy!!!

Honestly my favourite takeaway for seafood. Only gave it a try during lockdown, September 2021.I got hooked onto their lunch boxes, particulary their grilled salmon, chips and seafood salad combo. Only $13!The servings of salmon is a good portion, but one time it was a **** huge serving and it was cooked to perfection (skin seared perfectly, it was like medium rare style) I almost fell off my seat. I actually didn't touch any of my chips that time because it was that filling.The battered chips are usually nicely chicken salted and crispy and they go for $1 each. Crispy on the outside, succulent on the inside.I could probably go on about the hot food section for forever but you should try it yourself. Haven't bought any fresh seafood myself so can't exactly say how that is.

Amazing seafood and customer service deffinatly a hig on my list I won't go anywhere else for seafood
