Huckleberry's - Prairie Du Chien

THE breakfast place in the area! The omelets are wonderful, and the homemade cinnamon rolls were amazing. Dinner there was also good. Homestyle cooking at its best!

I parked at the accompanying truck stop for the night and will certainly return next time I'm in the area.Best cheese curds I've ever had, and my panini was delicious.Service was FAST, I got my food less than 10 minutes after ordering. Same with the drink and my dessert (house made coconut cream pie)The prices were great, cheaper than many other similar dtyle restaurants.The waitress was very friendly and stopped to check on me pretty frequently.I was quite surprised by the coffee. Diner coffee doesn't get much better.Diners are my preferred restaurant choice other than the occasional sushi selection, and as a trucker I've been to diners all over the country. This place is on my top 5 list. I would return any time, and plan to do so!

The waitresses were slammed and overwhelmed food got brought somewhat cold but they were super nice

Love this place! We stumbled upon it several years ago by pure accident. Now whenever we get to Prairie du Chien, it's our go-to place!They have everything! Breakfast all day, salad bar, steaks, sandwiches, burgers, and MILK SHAKES!!And they have a cute little gift shop too! Parking: Huge parking lot behind the building and along the side. By huge, I mean truck stop huge...and this is a truck stop friendly place!!

Ordered the breaded cod sandwich it was not cod ,it looked like van de camp frozen fish it was all breading very small piece of fish for a sandwich also had the fryed chicken the pieces were small and over cooked I've had jerky that was more tender,we will no be back.
