The restaurant in Prague offers the best view of the city, and the food was also fantastic.

The setting, cuisine, and ambiance at this restaurant were fantastic. In my opinion, it is the top fine dining spot in Prague. I can't wait to dine there again.

The Four Seasons in Prague offers a rooftop terrace with arguably the best view in the city, but it was not being utilized until recently. A chef had the brilliant idea to host a Japanese fusion pop-up restaurant during the summer months, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. The restaurant is set on a stunning rooftop terrace with a Japanese garden and breathtaking views of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. With only four tables, the atmosphere is intimate and special. The 7-course degustation menu features Japanese cuisine with Italian fusion elements, consisting of several small dishes per course. While some dishes are outstanding and on par with top fine dining establishments worldwide (such as the black cod and Calpis panna cotta), others lack inspiration or are not well-executed. Overall, it is a great dining experience in a beautiful setting with excellent service, despite some minor inconsistencies in the dishes.
