Botel Albatros - Prague

Good location and friendly receptionists. The rooms themselves were pretty run down, and it was obvious this place hasn't been renovated for quite a while there were many small cracks and dents in my room and the carpets seemed to be old and dusty. The mattresses were so old I was sinking into the bed, and the sheets had holes in them. Also, room service twice tried entering while I was still in the room. Though affordable, there are so many boarding alternatives in Prague's center, I would definitely NOT recommend staying here, not even for the novelty of it.

Unique place unlike any other Hotel but it is still a boat after all, so do not expect too much comfort. Especially the shower and toilet space is tiny. Our room was a bit cold meanwhile other rooms were incredibly warm. I was a bit concerned with getting seasick due to the boat movement, but it is attached to the pier so there is no noticeable movement whatsoever. I would give it more stars if it wasn’t for the relatively high price, though if you want a special hotel not too far from the old town, this is still a good choice.

Nothing special. The food is basically boiled onions, boiled meat and flour. They use an awful lot of salt and oil. There are also meat products that look very questionable. Considering the production cost of the food, the restaurant is a very overpriced food truck. We would not come again. If I can recommend you visit La Bottega Bistroteka. Food is fun there. I wish you all pleasant experiences in Prague.

Good value for money! The hotel is pretty and very unique. It's a ship in the water. It is located in a prime location close to most tourist attractions in Prague. Service is also beautiful and usually I found it clean. Breakfast was also good and healthy. Overall, I would recommend this to everyone who travels Prague

I have had a few stays at this Botel before and always happy that's why I always come back while rooms are compact they are clean and all I need a breakfast is included which is good just would be nice if it varied from day to day as when here a few nights a change would be nice The staff are polite and friendly and the location I find to be great 10 min walk in to the town center walking along the river is lovely
