Les Glycines - Prades

Reservation for 3 rooms for 3 of our employees on long trips who work 3 x 8 hours. We had been informed that work to install an elevator would be carried out but that the noise would not be disturbing. Our employee working at night was never able to sleep. We had to move our teams from the 2nd day to another hotel so that they could rest and have a minimum of comfort. Negative points: dilapidated bathroom, split shower tray, and no hot water in one room, Positive point: After email exchanges. The hotel manager was consistent in his billing.
