I think it was one of if not the worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. This is a fast food restaurant and from this factor alone I didn 't expect phenomenal quality of ingredients, but let 's start step by step. There were 5 of us and we wanted to try this place, we got a sandwich that was all in all quite simple and normal. If I 'm not mistaken it should be called triple and it costs 7 euros, we didn 't wait long, I think about 15 minutes not very fast for a fast food restaurant and among other things there were also very few people. I personally saw the preparation of our sandwich, the sandwich bun is industrial or at least certainly not made by them, I saw one of the employees take the bread from a sealed plastic bag with which he made the sandwich. The size of the Smashed Burger was really small, it 's obvious I wasn 't expecting a 200g Irish Angus burger, I know what a smashed burger is but I doubt the owners of the place know it too if it can be defined as that. The really funny thing is that this place has smashed burger in the title, they even have the nerve to call themselves that. Without going into too much detail, I describe the composition of the sandwich, a smashed burger, 2-3 kg of special sauce with some dubious blue pieces inside (we suspect that some blue bread crumbs have fallen) and some bacon .Maybe there was cheddar, I don 't remember very well but I remember the flavor perfectly. YOU COULD ONLY FEEL THE SAUCE AND THAT 'S IT! All that disproportionate amount of sauce that covered the flavor of everything was disgusting. I couldn 't taste the meat or the bacon which had also been cooked badly because it was completely mushy and not crunchy at all. Finally, the bread that looked like an old man 's back after spending 14 hours at the seaside under the baking sun. I don 't know how people gave it 5 stars. I REMEMBER THAT WE SPENT 7 EUROS FOR A TINY AND INEDIBLE SANDWICH! If you see this place, run away and go elsewhere, in via Napoli/Pozzuoli center you will find at least 5-6 better places than this one where you will spend the same amount or a few euros more. Obviously I 'm referring to real sandwich shops, because if I had to list all the places in Pozzuoli/Via Napoli where they don 't make sandwiches but the food is better than this place, we would never run out.

Experience to forget!! As a big fan of New York smash, I go to this place to test it, and now I'm reviewing it with heartburn together with my wife. Let's start with two burgers and sweet potatoes. Overall, the burger is edible but the bacon isn't very crunchy and tastes bad, while for the cheddar they don't use cheddar slices but a terrible sauce. Sweet potatoes too soft, wrong cooking. After this terrible start I try to give it a second chance by trying other things on the menu, reluctantly going from bad to worse. I'll have a chicken burger sandwich, and some breaded chicken with cornflakes. The frying was completely burnt and rancid, while the burger was of very poor quality. I was hopeful of having found a smash near home, but I will have to go to Naples again whenever I want one.
