Papa John's - Pozos

The service was lacking and we did not feel welcomed. Many of the tables in the dining room were taken up by staff who were eating, sleeping, or on their phones. We ordered a large pizza but received a medium, and when we questioned the staff, they insisted it was not a mistake. Since it was our family's last day in Costa Rica, we didn't feel like arguing. The pizza was overpriced, nearly double the price of Papa John's in Canada or the United States. We quickly finished our meal and left feeling disappointed.

The pizza at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and I appreciate that they have their own delivery service which is better than using other third-party apps.

Beyond Green is without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. It was cold, tasteless, and just not good at all. Save your money and go somewhere else. The location is convenient, but that's about the only positive thing I can say.
