We had limited time so perhaps the meal was rushed. The roast lamb was probably two tooth- lots of flavour but difficult to cut or chew. One of our party had bones in the fillets of fish. The desserts were very tasty. The decor was typical of a country hotel. The heating left a lot to be desired for a cold winters night. Wont rush back. My husband had a totally different experience in the autumn. All the meals were lovely.

We have driven past this Hotel many times and often agreed that we would try a a meal there. Well - we did and found it to be typical of the "Country Pub" model. For example, fly specks on the window sills; a portable electric fan perched on the Servery Counter in lieu of Air Conditioning; the basic, but honest (limited) Menu. One of the only other two guests in the Lounge/Dining Room recommended the "Roast (Lamb) of the day" which my Wife ordered and I had my standard "fall back" of Calamari. Both were ok. We were both satisfied but certainly not too impressed which I suppose is what we expected. Although, I admit that we were a bit concerned to find only two others dining on a holiday Sunday lunch! We found it to be below our expectations and previous experiences with rural establishments of this type. Been there- done that!

The Ozone Hotel is what you'd expect from a great pub - a big bar with friendly service, lots of seating inside and out, traditional meals and friendly locals greeting you! Super excited to see a traditional Mixed Grill on the menu - and it was excellent! I highly recommend it! The steak meals also looked really good and were popular amongst the crowd, going out with lots of nice vegies and thick cut chips. Keep up the great work you guys!
