Burger King - POWHATAN

Exceptional service as always! Thank you, Burger King of Powhatan!

This is one of the better restaurants I’ve visited. It's definitely the best one in The Richmond area.

It's Burger King, just like other fast food chains. You pull up to the speaker, ask for a milkshake along with a few other items, and you get the same disappointing response: "Sorry, no milkshakes today." I can't help but wonder who designs these machines that keep breaking down! I'm sure there are reasons behind it, but it's a recurring issue at BK, Wendy's, and McDonald's. The food and drinks are average, but I stopped here after nearly four hours of driving because I didn’t want to go into a restaurant since I was close to home. Just remember, it’s fast food—it serves its purpose when you need something quick.

This is hands down the best run Burger King (and any other fast food restaurant) I have ever been to. I have been coming here ever since it opened. The food and service and dining room experience is CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT. The sandwiches and fries are always hot and extremely fresh. The dining room and bathrooms are immaculate. The management and crew are friendly, attentive and always on top of their game. This could serve as a model restaurant for others to follow. Other restaurants in Powhatan do not compare. To be clear: I have no affiliation with this restaurant other than being a very appreciative customer.

This place rocks!!We orders on the app, the food was hit fresh and ready when we walked in the door! I got the Royal Crispy chicken sandwich. It was absolutely one of the chicken sandwich I have ever had.The manager does an outstanding job to make sure you dining experience is the very best it can be!Thank you!!
