Angela's Italian - POWHATAN

Waited for over an hour for half par greasy food that they had to put in to go boxes. The only saving Grace about this place was the fact they decided not to charge us. There food is absolutely amazing!! You can tell Sammy truly cooks from the heart!! We got the shrimp scampi it was delicious. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was very quiet when we were there the service was still mediocre. Had to ask the wait on drink refills.
