Contribuiți la feedbackYou would think at some point I would get used to poor customer service in this post COViD society that we live in and I believe I have to some degree adjusted. Apparently, Hortonn 's will hire anyone, with a pulse, that is willing to come in to work and be rude to customers and not even attempt to get orders right or serve fresh food.
I went in today to get some donuts at 4:30 PM. Apparently they spread out to thin, and only do coffee and breakfast sandwiches now, or something. Anyway they were out donuts. This is the problem I warned about when they ran mom n pop shops out of business. Now we have a donut shop. That runs out of donuts! Went to duck donuts. They had donuts! Fresh actually, and they were so good. I'll never go back to lil timmy's!
I always get the same thing when I come here. Two Boston creams, one blueberry muffin. Each time it tastes fresh, and professionally made. The building itself is clean, and overall pretty cozy as well. The staff however could seem just a little bit more friendly, but that’s really my only complaint.
I wasn’t even at the window before this guy uttered “be right with you”. I did not hear it. I ordered and he immediately got loud and had an instant tone because I ordered too quickly for him. There was one car in front of me. I work in the service industry too, seems like the guy can’t handle his job
I can't even with this location. I have ordered from here several times hoping that the service would change and it hasn't. I order an extra large coffee and they give a large. The food is incorrect half the time. I don't understand. Not to mention, I tried calling the store and they just let it ring until the phone automatically disconnects. This is service? Please follow instructions. It isn't that hard.
