I arrived in the car drive thru and waited behind 3 cars to get to the orderbox. a nice lady asked what I wanted to order, so I told her, before I could finish, she said, “Hello!” So I stopped. someone else came into the box and asked me what I wanted. I had to start. So I started. she read my order back to me, confirmed and then moved forward. after waiting patiently (more than 20 minutes) I received my order, checked and realized that it was wrong. I said the lady in the window and she has the manager. the manager came into the window and told me I ordered something that they no longer serve and that it was not on the menu. She said she couldn't fix it. she rolled her eyes and looked at me as if I had broken the law. my daughter had used the app to find out what she wanted. I had confirmed the order in the box. they should have told me. I know most restaurants are short staff, and it takes longer to get what they want, but the rudeness was totally unnamed for. I waited 30 minutes, paid for my eating without complaining and eating something I didn't ask. I won't be back. there are many other places to eat.
Drive thru is extremely slow and I just didn't have to order, but there is no way to leave this place. there are concrete barriers and they can literally not get out of the drive thru. regarding the service it was terrible and not remarkable. I could get better to serve almost everywhere.
Only the problem was after every article I ordered, the only thing I heard about the redner was everything else and I wouldn't even say my whole word. example: hallo, can I eat something else? -5 later Burr-yes I have something else. it has been tempted to say the least. but everything else was on the point. oh, and it was not busy or something. but I felt like I was rushing about it and had forgotten a few things so I had to go back to the line. at this point I was really irritated. everything was right and even all seasoned were already in the bag. that was quite impressive.
I just got to eat here, it was awfully found salat in objects without salat overhauled long to get my order when I get the only person there as an customer (no in drive-thru or store) so why is the food quality bad, but they take forever. don't waste your money, it's sad how some people can't even make tacos with all the time of the world.
This place is always in some sort of disarray- always!!Tonight we drove up to order 2 cravings boxes and were told they no longer serve them. The sign was out at the drive through menu. After getting home I went online and was clearly able to order the craving boxes online (which I didn’t place it) Seems every time we come here pre post pandemic there is something wrong. They are out of food many of the times. The kids that work here have rotten attitudes and could really care less about customer service or their jobs. I know it’s hard to get workers but seems like the management would do something about it. This location needs a visit from their district manager or the Atlanta area operations director. Evidently this location gets a turned head about their problems. They have the worst ratings of all the area Taco Bells. Corporate do you not see this?If anyone needs to know the corp office is located in Duluth GA. They will receive a call from me!
