Contribuiți la feedbackHow can Dunkin’ run from coffee!? I just wanted to get an ice cream to say they were out and just shortened them. I told her that I was ready to wait for fresh brew coffee, but she just made a face and said something to the effect of "we are not brewing more coffee for the day" that was around 7 o'clock! two hours before they close. then I ordered an icy latte with decaf and caramel. When I saw my reception, the French vanilla bank (the drink has already been made), I had to ask that my drink be restored. very frustrating experience
VERY CROWDED AND VERY SLOW! And that was at 9:30 on a Wednesday morning. Drive-thru was backed WAY out in the Kroger parking lot. I couldn't even get into the parking lot to park. Had to park Kroger and walk! Staff was very friendly though, and once the two old geezers in front of me got their coffee and finally moved out of the way, I was able to order and it came out quick. My frustration level was so high at that point though I almost just said forget it!
Came in the day before to make a gallon coffee order. Manager wasn't in. Staff couldn't get a hold of her. Staff told me to come in the morning and I could order. They never answer the phone. I came the next morning , manager said we don't have boxes, sorry. I told her her Staff said come in the morning. She said I know. I asked if the number changed, she said, she didn't know. Awful and inconvenient.
Horrible experience again!!! Everytime we order food from here it's a horrible experience.My kids and wife love the coffee/iced coffees, but the food order service need to be revamped, they are slow and you can tell disorganized.I placed my order at 10:23 am., the drive thru line was full but there was no one on the store, half of my drink order came right up. At 1045 my order still had not been finished.. Then, at 10:48 the manager handed me a bag of food, I checked to see of all my food items were there and there was missing food.. I asked for a refund and the manager starts an augue with me about them being short staffed.. There were literally 9 people working behind the counter. I finally left the store at 10:56 am. with my competed order, I got home to feed my family and the food was cold.Everytime I go to this store the experience is not pleasant.The manager would have rather given me an excuse of being short staffed instead of apologizing and completing my order in a fashionable time.This place is ridiculous!!!!
Customer Service is awful. I was coming to this location 4-5 times a week, sometimes daily and they would consistently mess up my order. I now go to the one on Tramore Place in Austell, (which is out of my way) but coffee has been consistent for at least 5 months now.
