Hamburger Factory Family - Poway

Once we were seated, the menu was extensive, and everything sounded so delicious that it was nearly impossible to make a choice! Our server, Dago, was fantastic—super friendly and quick. He didn't appear flustered, nor did he rush us, even though he was likely the only server on duty and quite busy. He took the time to chat with us and ensure we had everything we needed. We all loved our dishes and enjoyed sharing bites of each other's meals. Everything was delicious! We had the chicken fried steak, cheeseburger, mac and cheese, maple bacon burger, and Branding Iron burger. We also tried the tater tots, mashed potatoes, breadsticks, and chocolate shake—all incredible! I can’t wait to return and try more dishes! I’m also eager to check out their breakfast menu! Everything was so good that we finished it before we could snap any pictures! Haha!

My husband ordered the Ohren burger and he said it was amazing. If you're not a big eater, I highly recommend sharing a dish, as the portions are quite generous. This place is also perfect for large family gatherings, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant is fantastic! They serve an incredible breakfast burrito and amazing sandwiches. Everything I've tried at Hamburger Factory has been delightful. In my view, the service is just as impressive as the food, which enhances the overall experience. I also love taking a stroll in the park with friends after our meal. Dining at Hamburger Factory is truly a wonderful experience.

Can I say wow?!? I have never been here nor have I ever heard of this place. When shopping today in Poway with my mom, she said she was craving a hamburger. So I looked up places and stumbled across this place. Becca was our server. She was absolutely AMAZING!! Told us the history, and how this place came about. Her service was impeccable! The food was delicious! Fast, amazing service, with excellent food is hard to find these days. Thank you hamburger factory!!

I didn't complain but had to ask for simple syrup for my sweet tea. We all had turkey burgers. We all loved the pretzel bites. 3.5 stars service 5 stars. Very busy popular place. Parking lot was impossible to navigate but wifey was wonderful.
