Carl's Jr. - Poway

This is a typical Carl's Jr. located in a business district. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The service is quick, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. It's seldom crowded, making it easy to get in and out. They also offer a drive-thru for added convenience.

Honestly, this is the best Carl's Jr. I've ever been to! There's one that's a bit closer to my home, but if I know this location is open, I’ll gladly make the extra trip! The staff here not only get your order right, but they also excel in customer service. You all deserve a raise! Even the managers are wonderful! If you’re looking for great service and friendly people, this is the place to go! By the way, they don’t serve everything I know they have the ingredients for, but the young man and his manager surprised me by agreeing to make it for me after I asked! So incredibly sweet! Five stars!

Absolutely amazing! This is, without a doubt, the best Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. The food is always hot, even by the time I get home to eat. The burgers actually look like the pictures! Here’s Sancho, eagerly asking for a bite of my Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger.
