Contribuiți la feedbackI stayed 4 days at La Faula with my husband and two teenage boys. We all loved the place: The beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the pool, the cute dogs, the great food and specially the warm atmosphere and fantastic service. We are so greatful for all the help we got from the owners, Luca and Paul, when our car broke down! We will return! Marianne Familly, Denmark
Nice and welcoming old place with beautiful rooms and nice terrace. Quiet and relaxing. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, pricing very decent. Not much to see around, but by car you can reach beautiful mountain lakes and views.
We had a wonderful long week stay at La Faula, the food, the wine (made on site) and the quality of the old farmhouse was outstanding. Eating dinner in the evening under the grape vines and looking across the countryside is a memory that as I write makes me wish I was still there. La Faula is very centrally located and we easy travelled by car to many of the fantastic little villages that dot the region. The service was faultless and it was great to see enthusiastic young staff from all corners of the glob being trained in the win and hospitality industry. My partner and I would highly recommend La Faula and the Friuli Region it is defiantly one of the hidden secrets of Italy. Trieste was one the highlights of our stay in the north.
This summer I visited La Faula for the third time in so many years, and was once again delighted with the quality of accommodation, surroundings and service. The meals were of the usual extremely high quality I very much appreciated the quality of the food, and knowing that a great deal of it is organically cultivated at La Faula made it even more enjoyable. The portions were generous and they catered for my vegetarian requirements with a varied and delicious menu. I cannot recommend La Faula enough for anyone who is looking for a beautiful, welcoming location which can both be enjoyed in its own right, and as a perfect location from which to explore a fascinating region of Italy.
