Torreão Café - Póvoa de Varzim

Zero star(s) because we booked a table, but they send us home of their omission and decent books. They said: ‘ we can't do anything about this’. I would say, make sure a table for 4 people is ready. It's not that difficult! Paul is bad as well!

I stumbled onto this place. I got there about 11:30 and had my pick of tables. This place is perched directly over the JN North concert facility. So you can hear great music with good food and amazing view.

Not friendly, not smiling, small portion, lots of garlic everywhere. Avoid the pork sandwich. Nice spot instead.

The staff are very friendly and profesional. The food is really good specially the Francesinha Especial, Cachorro a Torreao. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really good. On football match day they have a nice tv to see the game

The food is delicious, cooked with care by the owner Filó. The beef (Prego) is tender and tastefull. The Francesinha is one of the best in Póva de Varzim. Spicy but not very hot , invites you to drink their special beer in very cold glasses. The location is excellent, right in the center of the town, five minutes walking from the metro station. It is a MUST in Póvoa de Varzim.
