Trattoria Cibara - POVE DEL GRAPPA

All four of us enjoyed delicious food at this Trattoria for the first time. A friend recommended it to us esp for snail dishes. Both snails dishes were delicious and tge rabbit also and deer with polenta the best ever. The antipasto was wow. Big servings! I returned a few weeks later n brought home extra as takeaway too.

We went to this Trattoria for the first time after a friend suggested to, and we had the best day ever! Food was super delicious, generous portion sizes, service was great and the rustic atmosphere in keeping with mountain surroundings n pure air. We all decided we are going back again. The Cervo in umido, ie: deer, was the best all of had ever had. The scios, ie: snails were delicioys as well, rabbit too. The most unique was the aniseed n chili liquor which my uncle tried. Beautiful blue colour he loved it so much. Please try this place. It may not look like much outside while driving up to Monte Grappa but it is super!

Locale molto semplice, ma proprio questo è la sua bellezza, cibo direi, fatto come una volta, i veri sapori ormai persi, essendo un amante dei babà ho voluto provarli per curiosità, scusate, ma mi sembrava di essere a Napoli dalla bontà.personale più che squisito e premuroso, peccato si possa dare solo cinque stelle perché ne meriterebbe almeno dieci.....

Trattoria spartana ricavata su vecchia abitazione locale con ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Al di là della location che comunque si trova nel verde della montagna il personale si è rilevato cordiale, presente e pure simpatico. Il menù è prettamente in stile locale. Semplice ma piacevole nel gusto e con porzioni più che adeguate. Prezzi nella norma.
