Restaurant Le France - Pouzauges

A new restaurant replacing the old express. New direction. It is divided into 3 areas; the bar, the terrace animated by a DJ ( guaranteed atmosphere) and the restaurant. We had a good welcome and drove to the terrace for the aperitif. Then we went to the dining room. A menu at 39€ including, entry (3 choices), flat (3 choices) and dessert (4 choices). Overall it went well despite a couac; a lobster presented without its tail accompanying the entrance of lobster cabbage and hibiscus. We will move to the unique incident and look forward to improvements. We had a good time. Our encouragement to this establishment.
