The Laughing Buddha Cafe - Pouskar

Had an evening meal here and it did not disappoint! Easy to find in the centre of the town with some cute stairs to get to up to it! It's famous in the town, so a local would deffo be able to help you out!Owner/waiter was lovely and very attentive! Sat on the Terrace which overlooked the hustle and bustle of the street. Great to people watch!! Fab ambience with wall hangings and pretty lights adorning his outside area.Restaurant is small so I would arrive in plenty of time! Only four tables on the outside Terrace, didn't see any inside (but could be wrong)!Menu is small, which was great as you knew they make what they can very well. Ordered the veg pakora, spinach curry and veggie burger. Veg burger was lush and v fresh! Not dry at all, like they often are!Food was lovely and you could tell t was very fresh! Top marks!Then had chai and banana bread! Insane cuppa!My boyfriend and I spent a lovely evening here and would deffo recommend. On Budget aswell with the food mentioned above and drinks coming to 580 rupees with tax!THANK YOU :)

Ended up here super randomly when the owner invited someone I was traveling with, but then had a really fun time. Learned a recipe and ate simple but very tasty dinner after watching it get cooked. Impressed with all the things that could be made in a tiny kitchen without any fancy cookware. Would recommend visiting.

Best vegan food in town!! If you like fresh, clean, healthy most of all tasty food- go there! Even though it’s only a small terrace with limited space to sit the location is great the view lovely! Super nice owner, Delicious healthy food, good coffee- highly recommended!

The fresh bread and salads at Laughing Buddha are gorgeous! Healthy and delicious food in a friendly atmosphere with great music! Half the profits go to a school project outside Pushkar where girls are encouraged get an education. Definitely worth a visit!
