Taco Bell - Poughkeepsie

My daughter ordered online just before I got there under her name. They were quick and friendly. They heard me talking on the phone before I rolled up the window. They made sure to tell to have a great evening. They made me smile with the added touch!

Drive thru worst in all the opposite! was through for a whole hour to burn only for the rice and order incorrectly. then the customer service is awfully nothing but pure representation when I come to this place, the women are evil and act just as if they were doing something to their eating. I literally drive 40 minutes out of my way to get eat in another taco bell and they get my food in less than 15 minutes hot and good without a bubbly pain. this place is suspected.

This place sucks. don't waste your time. I'll wait for 30 minutes for wendys!

Has not been ordering directly through the drive thru, not the biggest deal, but the hire I received when I came into the window was enough to keep me away from this load for a long time

Decided to come with friends to get a taco bell. we ordered that everything was in order until we got our food. we checked if everything is in order. my friend is vegan and ordered tacos with black bean and no cheese the first row of tacos had meat. we went back to get the ordered fixed amount and the second set has cheese over the tacos. I told the worker that it was wrong again and the whole team pulled into the window, one of them gave us rude attitude and said we should have said that at the first place we did and even shows on the entrance. Before I could say anything, she hit the window in my face and walked away. I was shocked by the failure of us. I felt bad for my friend who has to scrape the tacos and try to eat them and abuse the rest of the day. I never had problems with any fast food chain until this restaurant.
