Chipotle Mexican Grill - Poughkeepsie

Went for the first time today, Im a vegetarian, so I ordered a Veggie Burrito bowl for pick up. Got my bag, got home, upon opening the bag I saw the sticker that had my order on it was correct, but when I opened to bowl I discovered theres either beef it pork in it, so I cant eat it. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I cant go back to the store to get a refund because I cant drag my toddler back out this late. Very frustrated and dissatisfied, probablywont be returning. EDIT: 100% will not be returning. Upon my complaint, I asked for a refund and was offered a BOGO coupon. Sorry not interested in wasting more money at this sh*t show. Extremely disappointed.

Placed online order. I know they are busy since it?s a new store. Pickup time was for 6:30pm. I showed up 20 mins late and still had to wait an additional 30 mins!! Not only that I ordered double everything and I got skimpiest bowl ever. Also the store is disgusting inside considering how new it is.

So this is my second time getting food from here and honestly, the portion that is given for the price is ridiculous. I had gotten a chicken bowl with brown rice which was one scoop not even. Same with the chicken, corn salsa. But has a lot of lettuce. Very disappointed. Again i paid 9.46 for this.

The guac on top thooooo adds th extra touch. Not to appealing with looks but the taste makes up for it

Can't eat pork so I ordered chicken. But received pork in my burrito bowl. Also they someone managed to forget to put rice in my bowl, I basically ate a huge pile of veggies. Not the first time this has happened
