Tong's Thai Restaurant - Pottsville

We were a little hesitant to try Thai food at Pottsville Beach but so glad we did indulge. What we received was reasonably priced, fresh and delicious Thai food. Our take away servings were adequate while hot and steamy. We will definitely return for more.

Pottsville is a very laid back place, and Tong's fits that mould perfectly. Nothing pretentious about this place, but it is comfortable and the service is always smiling, if perhaps a little less than totally professional.The food, however, was brilliant, arrived in timely fashion and generous servings. All four of us diners were delighted, at the flavours, the freshness, and the authenticity!The value for money was excellent!

We ordered Pad Thai and a Thai Beef Stir Fry dish. The wait time given was 20 minutes but took 40...20 minutes standing in the shop waiting. The food was good though, not amazing by any means but fresh and worth the price, maybe not the wait though.

After a big drive from southwest rocks we stopped at Pottsville We went for a drive and found this charming Thai place Had mixed entre and chicken pad Thai , yum Good quality Thai food in a great little village atmosphere like Pottsville A good stop and recommend it
