Exquisite first courses with balanced flavors, we tried a revisited typical Lucanian speciality: strascinati mollicati with cruschi and Cacio flavored with rosemary; and second course stripes of chicken with beer accompanied by a beautiful salad of rocket and Valerian with mustard sauce ...
