Chili's Grill Bar - Poteau

It was a party of 7I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and I had an salat. I like the presentation of eating. the service was excellent. all at a reasonable price I would definitely recommend this chili is for everyone in oklahoma

The bbq wings tasted like they were marinated in ketchup , not very good at all. I paid 9 for a gallon of mango tea and I didn’t get it. Fries were soggy, my sons quesadilla was literally microwaved. Lemomade had this weird burnt taste. Overall just nasty and not worth 55

I always love Chili's. However this particular chili's. I didn't like. I probably won't go back here. The staff was rude. The bartender waiter was worse. It took a long time to get out drinks. He wasn't very friendly at first. He probably want sure if we were gonna tip or but bc it was late. He did warn up a little towards the end But you try to tell me that I couldn't use my birthday reward at the same time as our free trips and salsa rewards that we get every time we come for being a valid customer is what it says but he would try to say that I couldn't get that and my birthday gift of the molten lava cake or whatever I'd argue with him and he had to go get it approved. Or so I thought at the end as we paid and we walked outside I realized that he hadn't brought me much cake to go like I had asked when I told him that I wanted to use my birthday award. Again he tried to argue with me.I argued with him about being able to get my reward for my birthday this should have been any reason I can't get it no matter what I've ordered so the manager comes out she's a woman She tries to say that and it's not compatible with the two for 15 meal thing or two for 20 whatever it was and I said yeah but I bought three of them and it's a reward for being for my birthday because I'm a loyal customer I can to get it anytime no matter what or food I order off the menu

I wish I could remember the servers name, but we popped up on a random weekday with a cake for my grandma's birthday and they sat us right away, our server was so nice and attentive. She put my grandma's cake in the fridge while we ate, and even lit the candles and sang when they brought it out. I definitely left her a good tip and a piece of cake lol

Chili's just upped their game! The Caribbean salad with the Ancho Salmon instead of shrimp or chicken is my new favorite salad!
