Burger King - Poteau

As always, the Whopper is fantastic and really satisfies my cravings. I do wish there was an option to add cheese to all the meats, but it's still a great experience!

I received only 7 nuggets instead of 8, and my bacon cheeseburger was missing the onions I requested. The spicy Whopper melt came with a tiny slice of tomato barely hanging off the side and hardly any lettuce. When I pay extra for these add-ons, I expect to get what I ordered. I won’t be adding extras again in the future.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick, and I never have to worry about anything being left out. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because the hamburger meat never seems to be really hot.

I was not satisfied with my meal tonight. The chicken nuggets were cold and not crispy at all, as if they had been sitting out for a while, and I didn't even receive my hot sauce.

Every time I visit, the service is fast and friendly, and my order is always 100% accurate. The food is better, quicker, and more reliable than McDonald's down the street. They consistently deliver a great experience and could teach other restaurants a thing or two about training their staff, managing their teams, and providing excellent customer service.
