Mcdonald's Potchefstroom Drive-thru

The staff was not particularly friendly. After I mentioned that I would be dining in, she asked me again if it was for takeaway. Then she forgot my sauce, and I had to ask for it.

I noticed that the staff behind the counter were eating chips with their hands. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. I also added coffee to my order and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for that.

Very poor service. I watched as the staff ate chips straight from the bowls.

The restaurant was clean and tidy, as always. Since I hadn't been there in a while, the new system took me by surprise, and it took a bit of time to understand it, but the staff was quick to assist and very friendly. Our food arrived promptly. We didn’t receive any snacks or straws, but the staff’s politeness and willingness to help made it easy not to mind.

Not even open on Friday? Should invest in a generator. On Saturday again nice and fresh food. I just need to work on speed.
