De Jonge Akker - Potchefstroom

A Potchefstroom classic, one of the iconic places on the bult. Lots of choices on the menu, great coffee and red espressos. The willedingo is a favourite among the locals, basically an inverted chicken mayo sandwich with a load of cheese and creamy sauce on top. The bobotie is also great! A visit to the bult area would not be complete without a quick coffe/bite at die Akker

The coffee wasn't exactly to my taste, but it’s still a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a cup or two.

Our waiter was quite unhelpful, and the food was served cold. I had to ask a different waiter for the check, but she was very accommodating.

This restaurant offers great value for money with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The portions are generous, and there are fantastic specials available. The service is attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy. It's nice that there are both smoking and non-smoking areas.

A charming coffee restaurant... The food is delightful, and there are many tasty beverages to choose from... It's a wonderful spot to find a bit of peace and quiet while enjoying time with friends and family.
