Pi-daho Artisan Pizza - Post Falls

We stop here every year or so when we come after post if and in the rule the pizza loves. but tonight we ordered the hells canyon, who, when we opened, has cooked the box too close to these fiery ovens and tastes the same. while the top is black, the bottom of the crust is not completely boiled. hopefully just stop a bad one. the staff was friendly and the fried pickel discs were good man said.

This restaurant serves some of the best pizza in the area! I love that you can customize your own pizza with as many toppings as you want, and the price is based on the size of the pizza. It pairs perfectly with a flight of beers from Post Falls Brewing.

Everyone has an opinion about great Pizza, well what do ya know, me too! This is my overall favorite everyday local pizza. This is a family owned literal Mom and Pop pizza trailer parked next to Post Falls Brewery. Jeff and Leeanne are the owners and what can I say, excellent crust, whether or not you are looking for a medium thin crust or even gluten free, they have you covered . The sauces are wonderful, including nice herbed tomato sauce, a ranch for those stay away from the red stuff. Also a nice Alfredo sauce or a simple EVO. Then the freshest toppings, cheeses, etc. All the pizzas are named after cities in Idaho, like Athol, and Eagle , which is my favorite. Come order your pie and get a great local beer at Post Falls Brewery while you wait. There is inside or outside seating at the brewery and you are welcome to eat here or take out. The pizza at this place isn't anything special. It's just convenient to have it available outside the brewery. You're better off walking down the street to Saw Mill or Rogers for better options.
