Famous Willies Barbecue - Post Falls

Famous Willies is the place for a real South Grill experience with fast and very friendly South Service and excellent food. This is my new favorite BBQ house. Tonight I had the bride who was tasteful and melted in the mouth quality in a generous part. The supplements were the potato salad and Willies Chili beans that were the best I had in years. It was all with sweet tea and I just had to make a piece of Buttermilk Pie. It turned out to be a very good decision. I never tasted that. I spoke to Julie, and she explained that her father started the restaurant and that everything is fresh on the grounds. The smokehouse is back. Even the lard made by some of the cuts is used by her mother to make fresh cake crusts every morning, with various types of cakes every day. If you like Texas BBQ, you will love this place. The best smoked meat ever! Great value. Friendly informative staff. You have a smokehouse back How much more authentic is it? If you love smoked and southern food that is homemade, then this is a must to try. Take out and dine in (maybe 20 inside plus a few outside tannins). smokehouse in the picture

The best grill throughout the Northwest! This Cajun sausage was amazing! The cowboy stuffed potato was the perfect meal. I got it with Brisket and the meat was so delicate and perfect. And the waitress... ..emma. The best service ever. All in all was a perfect 10, a five star review safe.

The food here was absolutely amazing! I 've not had good BBQ since I was last in Texas and this rates right up there with some of the better ones! The value is excellent for what you get, and families can come in and share meals easily! The walls are plastered with pictures of different Willie 's . My dinner companion was William Clark.
