Mumbai Spice Fusion - Portsmouth

When the food was ordered, 2 very basic meals, 4.45 saturday evening, advised 1hr 4 delivery. Arrived after 90 minits, no apologies...only 1/4 mile from the shop! Re heated because the sauce and the chips were already cold! Poppadom was soft and we were supposed to have got a Peshwari naan each but couldn't tell what turned up. They were cold and tasteless so didnt get eaten. Bad enough waiting all that time for a decent meal, but not this. Wont happen again.

Ordered at 4.45. 90 minutes later e mailed them. 2 hours later phoned them. I had an order code and confirmation. Was told they hadn't got order and the e-mail was computer generated. ! Will never, ever use them again. Shocking.

Have used this takeaway so many times during the week and food is superb!! Can't believe how poor quality food is on the weekend, don't know if it's a different chef or too busy but definitely won't be using on a Saturday again!!!!

Got back to Pompey late so went here for the first time cos it is near to where we live. As we were not used to this takeaway we had questions concerning what to order, 1st mistake cos we were treated like idiot time wasters particularly the arrogant little owner , however we persevered and placed a order, 2nd mistake, upon dishing up the tepid food we found one order wrong and another order missing entirely, however upon reflection we decided not to complain and rather eat what we had 3rd mistake because not only was it Luke warm but also tasteless !!!! all in all a disaster that we will never repeat, we have warned friends neighbours in hope we spare others a disappointment !!!

Chicken passanda and chip. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I Have not been here since before Christmas. Food tasted so good. This in my opinion the best takeaway in Portsmouth
