This was the closest experience we had to having "tea" while in EnglandIt fit the bill nicely.

Really loved this little cafe in WindsorThere's some outdoor and indoor seatingI recommend eating indoors if you can snag a table.

Love the cinnamon pastries that were sampled outside. Good strong but not bitter espresso. unusual decorated a bit eclectic but in keeping.
