Hardee’s - Portsmouth City

I ordered a #1 around 11:30 3/15/24 and there was a lady with pink hair yelling at a worker to cancel some order and then I had to wait about 8 mins for fast food just for the burger to be all messed up. The bread was flat and hard like a kettle chip the meat looked about older than me.

This Hardees is ALWAYS out of food the service is SLOW. Today they had no chicken, steak or Frisco sandwiches. Instead of letting those in line waiting 20 mins maybe put up a sign so people can choose another item in advance. The same applies to the drive thru folks waiting 30 mins only to find out they serving just water ice for breakfast.

Waited in line to get skipped. Then when walking out almost slipped on their greasy floor cause they don't know how to properly clean

Worst Hardee's ever to exist. Don't even try to sit in the drive thru for breakfast unless you have an hour to waste. I will never go back there

The manager in this restaurant is not customer friendly. In fact, other customers remarked on her lack of hospitality. The food is normally Hardee 's standard. Feb 15th was not the standard. At 11:10 am, I was told the wait was 20-30 minutes for a burger. I smiled and waited. When the manager gave permission to take my order 15 min later, I asked for a cup holder. The manager blankly stated, we don 't have any noting I have 3 drinks. I carried my freshly cooked burgers home to discover they were pink in the middle and cold. Pity.
