Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

Order 8 pieces chicken with 4 biscuit Friday 22. July ride thru! They gave us dry cookies. Why would they think to sell it to a customer? I didn't open the box until I was home! Bad service never again!

These bojangles serve the worst chicken the last few times I have not wasted of my money anymore!! You can say that the chicken has been sitting there for a long time that it separates the skin from the meat the rice was ok and the best was the cookies it was delicious the only thing I could eat! Soda??

I don't understand why their doors are never opened. At least last week there was a sign at the door where the dining room was closed. Why take the shield down if you do not unlock the doors for customers. I didn't get my family out of the car where we were just going to a place where we could sit and eat what we did, of course. Just put a big enough sign if you never open the dining room so you don't waste the time of people.

A big Cajun dirty rice got a big macaroni and cheese ordered a small macaroni cheese to go with the chicken meal and the order was grounded. Was the hard drive and only inedible cookies were hard and dry the only thing to my surprise that was good tea. The quality of this food at Bojangles has decreased enormously, I will never eat there again.

Great chicken and fast service. We stopped on our way to Maryland by way of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and had a quick lunch. The fries were great, the chicken tenders hot, my chicken sandwich tasty, but cold. A little disappointed with that. If we hadn't been in a hurry, I might have asked for a hot one. It wouldn't keep me from stopping next time. I recommend.
