Wendy's - Portsmouth

Got a Dave's double and sweet tea and it was great especially with the $2 deal in the app.

I ordered what was supposed to be Queso ? it didn't look or taste like it. They were Cold ??,

This Wendy's is #1 in my book. The drive-thru workers are always very patient and give plenty of time to order. They make their food look like the photos on the menu. They also always ask about sauces. condiments which I appreciate because I tend to forget. Affordable menu options such as the 4 for $4 the $5 biggie bag are perfect for staying within my budget. thr drive-thru employees are just awesome. I love how they interact with my kids. They can be friendly and courteous while staying on-task. The workers there really impress me with how they treat us, the consumers. They don't just throw the food together and get it out the window They want the customer to be satisfied and it shows. Kudos to the workers who train new employees, you guys are doing an amazing job.Parking: The location is kind of crowded and can be difficult to maneuver.Kid-friendliness: The drive-thru employee always interacts with my kids and they love it.

I'm on my husband's account but wanted to share my experience with the Wendy's in Portsmouth Ohio Jacob a very young man that works here went above and beyond to help me in any way he possibly could between him and the young lady that was working with I am absolutely impressed..... Being new to this town and home after 23 years he made me feel like I never left thank you Jacob I appreciate you

We really enjoyed just sitting down and getting to eat. We really appreciate the lady taking our order she was in a great mood, and it really added to the service.
