I love the Shipwreck coffee, a robust medium blend. I drink gallons of Morning blend at home. A small local coffee shop with the owners often there working away. THAT's my kind of coffee shop!

It was the worst latte I had in a long time. It had horrible after taste. We asked for it not to be too hot. It was hot as lava. There was no foam. It was just awful on every level. I would never go back!!! We thru it out after few sips. 5 min later and I can still taste it. Ughh.

I stopped in to Port City Coffee for lunch with a co-worker, and we had such a phenomenal experience. The staff on duty greeted us right when we walked in the door, they walked us through different menu options, and even asked how we enjoyed the coffee. The bagels were also terrific!

THE BEST coffee in Portsmouth, and there are a lot of coffee shops in Portsmouth! Been coming here for years now and never had any coffee or experience that was less than stellar. One of very few places around that actually roast their own beans too. Oh and they have an awesome selection of nondairy milk options ? including macadamia nut milk (my favorite! I was in earlier today getting some Capone beans (highly recommend and I believe it is also their best seller andasked if they had any lemonade. And they did not, but they immediately volunteered to make me one from scratch and proceeded to make me one of the best fresh squeezed lemonade?s I?ve ever had! This is such a representative experience too-I?ve always had a phenomenal service and the staff is regularly willing to go above and beyond. Seriously, it really is the best coffee shop in a town FULL of really good coffee shops. I cannot sing their praise loudly enough!

Great coffee! Pro tip, they sometimes have local eggs in the fridge for a good price! I was lucky enough to snag a dozen to being back home. Will stop by again!
