What a wonderful experience! Don’t let the exterior fool you! I had tea and scones this afternoon, and they were absolutely delightful. The flavors were so fresh and reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. The scones were served with strawberry jam, fresh strawberries, and clotted cream. The flat white coffee was also delicious. We chatted with the new owner, who shared that she previously ran a tea room in Dunluce before relocating to this new spot in Portrush. We will definitely be back! I wish them all the best in their new business venture.

What a hidden gem! Don't let the outside appearance deter you! This afternoon, I enjoyed tea and coffee along with some scones, and it was such a delightful experience. The scones were incredibly fresh and reminded me of those made by my Grandma. They were served with strawberry jam, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream. The Flat White coffee was also excellent. We had a lovely chat with the new owner, who shared that she previously ran a tearoom in Dunluce and has now relocated to this charming spot in Portrush. We will definitely be returning.
