Portola Frosty

We absolutely adore the Frosty treats from Portola Frosty. After searching throughout the Gray Eagle, Portola, and Lake Davis area, we can confidently say that you won't find a better Frosty anywhere else.

I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. The burger I had was the best I've ever tasted! It was so good that I couldn't resist trying the Chicago dog for dessert, and it was also amazing!

I ordered two kids meals, one with a burger and the other with chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, the nuggets were undercooked so I had them replaced with another burger. Later, I ordered a large ice cream cup but it came out smaller than the small cup the people in front of me received. When I asked about it, I was told that was the large size. I returned to ask another staff member for a box and she was surprised by the amount in the cup. She filled it to the proper level. I didn't appreciate being lied to by the first person I asked about the ice cream. The prices are a bit high but understandable given the location.

The service was very friendly! They were out of a lot of items because of a busy weekend. Based on their fries, they have a good fry-master! Next time I 'm in the area, especially with the crew I had today, we want to try out some of the things they were out of today. We had a good time! Thanks everyone! Parking: I got a semi through the lot no problem. There 's plenty of parking! Kid-friendliness: It 's a grill&chill type of place. Wheelchair accessibility: It 's all flat.

I found a curly metal shaving, (you know the kind in a stainless steel scrubber pad) in my burger! I almost ate it. I might have eaten one, I don't know. I wonder what that would do to my insides? The tables outside under the trees were dirty, hadn't been wiped down in awhile. There are bushes growing near the tables that have 1 long thorns on them, and they are dangerously sharp! The fish was good, the fries were good and except for the metal shaving, the burger was good. They did give me my money back for the burger only. Parking: Parking is a dirt, pot hole ridden field with some torn up old asphalt. Kid-friendliness: Watch out for thorn bushes!
