Terrible service. It took 45 minutes to fulfill a small order and in the end the wrong dish was brought. Food was OK, but too expensive for quality The distance between the tables does not follow the COVID safety guidelines

We went to this restaurant out of convenience on the first night (we were staying at the nearby Refugio da Praia, which was fantastic accommodation), and by choice on the second night! Although it doesn 't look like the most inviting of places from the outside,...do not be put off staff were welcoming and friendly, and the menu extensive. Although at first we were shocked to see some of the high prices, we now reckon the more expensive dishes must have been pretty special. Being on a budget, we picked some of the cheaper items, but they certainly did not disappoint. The food was fresh, very tasty, and plentiful. The wine was equally enjoyable and very good value for money. Between us we had the baked cod dish, the cod fishcakes, fried fish with tomato sauce and BBQ chicken. It was all absolutely great, and I would really recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in the local area and not just because it 's convenient and provides beautiful views of the Atlantic!

We ate here every day for a week and part of a horse riding holiday. We were welcomed as friends and the food was local, varied, plentiful and tasty.

The restaurant is located in the Ilha do Pessegueiro Beach and one can enjoy a thrilling view on the island right in front. Like most of the restaurants in the region (Sines-Porto Covo-Vila Nova de Mil Fontes) the assortment of fish and seafood is large and the quality spotless. My suggestion goes definitely to the monkfish "Cataplana" (a slow cooking process in a closed copper pan which prevents the loss of the ingredients’ aromas, ensuring full and excellent flavour).Finally, the deserts - mainly inspired on the Algarve's most traditional recipes - cannot be missed! Fig tart is one of the specialties. The wine list is adequate despite not being great.The service is friendly but not sophisticated and the dining room is large. It is recommended to book in advance.Not a cheap restaurant but unquestionably worth the visit!
