Pimms Burger - Porto

This is my experince on my first ever visit to Porto. Me and my family came across Pims Burger while looking for something to eat. One of the people in charge of this place, I don't know if he is the owner, he looks like an indian or of that completion had a very bad actitude when talking to my 9 y. o. son. My son tried to go to the restroom of the premises and this guy came out and very angry told him to he could't use the restroom. One of the waiters came to us and I explained to her what just had happened but did nothing for preventing this situation for happening again. So we decided to leave the place inmediately. So, my advise to you is this: if you happen to be around this place in Porto, pick any other place to eat, Pimms Burger sucks.

We have been in Portugal for 4 days and the people have been so friendly until we went here. PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE. SO RUDE!

We came across this little place just opposite the the church of St Francis. Pimms do both burgers and pizzas. I went for the classic burger which came with house chips. The burger was one of the best I have had in a very long time. Simple and without fuss! The nachos were also delicious and we were given two different dips! I would also recommend the margarita pizza and we added extra mushrooms! It was very delicious and thin crust!

We just wanted a quick meal and pizza seemed a good option. The waiter took our order…and then 10 minutes later came back to tell us the chef was only doing pasta, not pizza or crepes! This did seem quite funny to us, and we felt a bit sorry for the waiters as they had to go back to all the tables with the same message. We had pasta which was ok. But the business might want to think about employing a chef who can make pizza if they’re going to advertise that they’re a pizzeria. Some people did end up leaving!

Food is ok but the service is slow, sloppy and a joke. Starter arrived after 30min wait and food 50min after we ordered. You ask them things and they simple start doing other things and completely forget what you asked. They couldn’t even explain some dishes on menu! They own the burger and pizza place.
