Everything was perfect in Escama. Decoration, service and the most important GF FOOD! It is a gourmet restaurant, dishes are well designed with high quality ingredients. I was with my friend, we had as starters: olives and seagrass, oysters, tuna slightly cooked with caramelized onions, eggplant salad with cashew nuts and cheese. Main dishes were: monks of beans with fennel sauce and gamberoni, and the "perfect choice" Turbot fish with truffle potatoes mousse topinambour purée mushrooms and hazelnuts. The plus was a offered surprise dessert made on purpose for us GF: a white chocolate caramelized with some green apples and ice and I don't know exactly what, but it was a real delicious mix of textures and flavors that I think we can trust them on the GF. It is on the menu and you have more than 50% of the shopping cart GF. The Garçon was well informed and very friendly, he helped with wines and make us choose and taste some specialties. Food is nice and the service is friendly But we told them we’re celiac and asked if the tasting menu was gluten free, they assured us it was… And then every single course came out with gluten containing bread, and a gluten containing brownie for desert… I think the fish we were served was also the only fish on the menu with gluten…

Restauracja nie była w pełni gluten,ale na liście posiłków. Był dobrze poinformowany o dietie GF. Przed kapitulacją przetłumaczył to co robią. Zmagał się z ślimakami w winie, następnie rybami z anchois. Bardzo piękny.

I just had a most fabulous GF dinner this evening here. The utmost care was taken in accommodating my partners dinner to be shareable with me including the warm toast for dipping. Everything was DEELISH and our server Sofia was fabulous. She handled every detail! I can hardly wait to return! Thank you to all for making this a 5experience for me.
