Yuan Su Vegetarian - Portland

Love this place. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Decor could be improved, but not a big issue. I’ve tried most of their menu and some of my favorites are: General Tso’s, Sweet Sour “chicken”, Kung Pao, “Pork” belly, and the hot pots.

Complete Vegetarian, no Garlic, no onion. Food is incredible.

Oops, forgot to review this place several months ago when we ordered takeout from them, so I can't recall exactly which of the dishes we ordered, but it was yummy comfort food. The breaded and fried dishes were especially tasty, and portion sizes were pretty generous. The BBQ pork was great, although the portion on that particular dish was small. I'd definitely like to try more dishes here.

We ordered the lunch special at 1:45pm and it ends at 2:30pm so maybe this is on me. The ham fried rice was dry and crispy. The wontons were just wonton wrappers with no filling. The sweet and sour pork was the best thing on the plate. Can of coke was super icy which was nice. Wish I ordered off the main menu, the lunch just sounded like an opportunity to try more.
