The Wooden Chickens Pub And Take Out

I visited this restaurant while in the area specifically for a ****** Mary. There were two bartenders, one older and one younger woman. Both of them were fantastic! They were absolute gems. My ****** Mary was amazing, and the young lady was wearing the cutest grey sweater and had a very stylish look. Both of them were the best ever! Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean, had a great clientele, and although I didn't have food this time, in the past when I have it has always been top-notch.

After another 20 minutes passed, my grandfather approached another waiter named Jennifer to inquire about our drinks. Jennifer then brought our drinks to the table, yelling at us and pointing out that other tables still hadn't been served. She rudely suggested that we leave if we didn't want to wait, despite the fact that we had already been waiting for 40 minutes. When questioned about our treatment, she blamed it on us asking for service twice. As someone who has worked in both food service and medical reception, I have never witnessed such disrespectful behavior towards customers. It was completely uncalled for. Jennifer clearly cannot handle the fast-paced and stressful nature of her job. I do not recommend this restaurant if you expect to be treated with respect. We ultimately left and ended up at another restaurant with a short staff, but received amazing service and were treated well. I typically do not leave negative reviews, as I understand the challenges of customer service, but this experience was unacceptable.

I have never dined inside the restaurant, but I have ordered food for delivery from the Wooden Chicken. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their Halibut Fish and Chips were, especially coming from a bar. The prices are also very reasonable. I have heard that the atmosphere inside is great and they also offer a cruise in option. It seems like a fantastic little spot that I will have to visit soon.

I love this pub so much. Crews are kind and generous, we said no minors?! Yes! I don't like minors around the bar. Wing and Nacho are best for me. Prices are incredibly reasonable! People go by and drink!! My husband and I had a great experience. You can watch the NFL, NBA and other sports! Location is not far from Vancouver WA, really close to PDX . We love this place. But sometimes they closed when I'm back because they had short employees.

I am here twice and have both times great customer service! Bartender is funny with the waitresses. The employees seem happy to work there and in good mood. I wish they had some healthier food in the Happy Hour menu. But hey, it's a bar. And I'll still be back!
