Tapalaya - Portland

It always feels like coming home here. We brought two visitors from the South to experience the food and enjoy the music of Reggie Houston. They absolutely loved it, especially the beignets!

I had an incredible brunch at this restaurant, and it's definitely a must-visit spot in Portland. It's no surprise that they made it onto Eater's brunch list. The bread pudding French toast is exceptional, and the hash with blackened catfish was equally amazing.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially for starters. It offers a wonderful fusion of New Orleans and Vietnamese cuisine. The service is great, and the drinks are good as well. Their brunch is exceptional. The owner is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend dining here!

Food was very good. Interesting variation on Cajun food. Happy hour was really good and drink prices very reasonable.
