Starbucks - Portland

The coffee here is always perfect, and I’m not sure who writes the names for the Uber Eats deliveries, but your handwriting is really impressive!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the restroom situation. There were two staff members who seemed to take issue with a woman washing her hands and using the hand dryer. When I informed them that the paper towels were out, they complained that it was taking too long for the woman to dry her hands and asked her to leave. I explained that there was no soap or paper towels available in the restroom, but they proceeded to kick her out and then told me to leave as well. I mentioned that they needed to restock both the paper towels and soap, as they had been out for three days. I had just used the last of the toilet paper, which is why I spoke up. The situation is frustrating, especially since customers were resorting to using napkins instead of proper hand-drying options.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I’ve visited in the early morning, afternoon, and evening, and I’ve always encountered friendly staff. My orders have never been incorrect, and they even suggested a replacement when they were out of cherry. Yes, it’s located on 82nd, and you might see a lot of locals in the area, but the coffee shop itself is perfectly fine. I particularly enjoy people-watching through the large windows. I’ve never had any issues with anyone at this location.

I don't go to Starbucks much; I've gone maybe ten times in my life, twice to this location. I ordered a non-dairy drink for the first time, and the person helped me choose a good non-dairy milk option. I got a hot chocolate. I've been sitting here for a couple hours, and it's a nice environment. Chill, not too crowded, plus the loud Starbucks noises but not that bad. Good music. The people all seem kind : Also it's nicely decorated for the holidays

Good and consistent coffee and service is why I go to Starbucks they have an excellent system for staying consistent.
